Is the online estimate the final price?

No. It is a budget range based on the information entered. Photographs, surface material, access and any repairs can change the final written quotation.

What is included in the displayed range?

Normal labour, standard materials or cleaning product, basic protection and final tidy-up. Repairs, waterproofing, specialist coatings and special access equipment are separate when required.

How accurate is the surface calculation?

Manual dimensions usually give the best first estimate. A map pin and 3–5 clear photographs help us verify the correct building and practical access.
